On November 7, 2025, an international workshop took place at Unica Clinic, bringing together experts from the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Austria. The meeting was held symbolically during the 43rd anniversary of the birth of the first child conceived through assisted reproduction — a milestone in which MUDr. Pilka and his team played a key role, launching the modern era of infertility treatment.
This makes us especially proud to see today’s experts who continue to move the field forward.
The workshop focused on sharing experiences, current trends, and treatment approaches that can help patients overcome obstacles on their journey to parenthood. The program also included an open discussion about differences between countries, barriers in access to treatment, and ways to effectively overcome them.
One of the main messages of the event was the importance of patient education and awareness, especially regarding age, which remains one of the most significant factors influencing treatment success.
