  • Delaying motherhood due to professional, personal, or medical reasons can affect fertility. The number and the quality of your eggs decline with age, reducing the chances of having biological children. Oocyte vitrification helps preserve fertility by freezing eggs while they're still of optimal quality, ideally before the age of 35, though there's no age limit. This way, the eggs maintain their quality, offering similar pregnancy success rates as fresh eggs.

In addition to primary factors such as age, weight (BMI) and smoking, we will also check your anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), vitamin D level, or DHEA level. During the ultrasound examination, we will evaluate the ovarian reserve, i.e. the number of eggs in the ovary.
