„Schon in der Grundschule war Ihr Traum Ärztin zu werden. Nach erfolgreichem Studium an der Medizinischen Fakultät begann sie ihre berufliche Laufbahn als Gynäkologin. Seit 1999 ist sie in ihrer Heimat Ukraine in Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe tätig, wo sie sich in den Fachrichtungen Zervixpathologie und Kolposkopie weiterbildete. Seit 2010 arbeitet sie in der Tschechischen Republik, wo sie die Zulassungsprüfungen und die europäische Zertifizierung erfolgreich bestanden hat. Sie arbeitete als Gynäkologin und Geburtshelferin im Allgemeinen Krankenhaus Brünn und arbeitet seit 2018 in der Reproduktionsmedizin. Sie ist Mutter von zwei Töchtern und stolz darauf, dass sie es neben den beiden im Rahmen ihrer Arbeit geschafft hat, tausende weitere Kinder auf die Welt zu bringen.

Menschen zu mögen ist eine Grundvoraussetzung für einen guten Koordinator. Und Monika erfüllt sie perfekt. Patienten heben besonders ihr Einfühlungsvermögen und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft hervor.
