Step 4 - regular heart beat

Step 5 - feeling of warmth in the belly

Step 6 - head area - cold forehead

In order to master autogenous training correctly, it is necessary to manage the individual exercises step by step. In addition, autogenic training has one major advantage over hypnosis.
